Gaultheria

Latin name:

Gaultheria Sp.

Family:

Ericaceae

Size available: 4", 6"

Note: Gaultheria or Wintrberry is a natural plant for areas with moist, peaty soil. Native to Noth America, this wildflower forms a low, wide-spreade mat of rounded, shiny green leaves that bronze in the winter. White drooping flowers are followed by large scarlet berries, witch are edible. This plan spreads slowly, so we recommand planting 10-25 per square yard. Zone 3-9
